Since opening STC’s Wellness Centre at 145 1st Avenue North, Saskatoon Tribal Council Chief has been at the forefront of the homeless situation in Saskatoon’s downtown core. In a luncheon address he will share his vision for the future, homelessness and downtown (and it may not be what you assume it is).
