NSBA Network Series (Breakfast) Featuring:
Busting Bias in the Boardroom
A Presentation by Malvina Rapko, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias Certified Facilitator and Practitioner

Join Malvina Rapko, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias Certified Facilitator and Practitioner, in a session focusing on Busting Bias in the Boardroom. We can deny it all we want but if we’re human – we’re bias. We can’t get rid of our bias but we can definitely learn how to manage it. This session will focus on A CQ Approach to Identifying & Exploring Bias. We will explore why bias matters and how to recognize the source of our biases. Looking forward to takin’ a bite out of breakfast and bias.
