Whether you have two or 2000 employees, the manner in which you engage your candidates and new employees will have significant impact on time to productivity and employee retention. Carolynn will share insight to the importance of the candidate experience through the recruitment and on boarding processes.

After receiving her BA in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, Carolynn quickly accumulated experiences in Western Canada’s booming Employment and Staffing Industry. Carolynn has over 10 years of combined experience in Human Resource Management, recruitment process efficiencies, psychometric assessments, and position/candidate profiling for job suitability. Carolynn received her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) Certification through the Association of Canadian Search, Employment, and Staffing Services (ACSESS) in May 2013 followed by her CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation through the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) in June of 2016.
