Improving your organization’s environmental performance makes good business sense. It can reduce costs, increase sales, and improve employee recruitment and engagement. Green is the New Black will provide implementable tools and techniques that business owners can use to improve their bottom line while reducing energy use and waste.

Colleen is a professional community and environmental planner with over 27 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Her fields of practice include planning and land use policy, permitting and approvals, triple-bottom-line sustainability, energy management and waste minimization. In 2012, she started, Equinox3 Consulting Ltd where she works with municipalities, land developers, and NGOs.  She is past director of the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce and Roadmap Saskatoon and is currently on the board of directors for WESK, as well as an active member of various professional and industry associations.

Club Connect is a series of breakfast meetings whose programming centers on an informative and interesting speaker. Featuring outstanding food and great company, Club Connect breakfasts are held every 2nd and 4th Friday (except in December) at 7:10 am at The Saskatoon Club. Club Connect breakfasts place a large emphasis on networking, so don’t be surprised to meet some new people over your morning coffee!

Admission

NSBA Members - $23 (plus GST) per person
Non-Members - $30 (plus GST) per person 
Cancellation Policy:  
If you are unable to attend, registrations can be transferred to another person.
