NSBA Club Connect Breakfast Series Featuring:
"Caring for Customers;What really matters"
Presentation by Chelsea Stebner - Parr Autobody
Customer Experience is a buzz word these days. What is Customer Experience? According to Google, it's the phrase used to describe the relationship a customer has with a business. What does it mean in your business? Have you been able to dial in what's important to your customers in the business that you're building? Hear some key points that Parr Auto Body has learned in building customer relationships over the years.
Chelsea Stebner is the Managing Partner of Parr Auto Body here in Saskatoon. Her vision is to impact people positively in their lives and believes it happens simply; with one good deed or positive interaction at a time. Creating space where her team, vendors, and clients have positive experiences is her goal. In the summer, you'll find Chelsea up north, out of cell coverage, fishing, hiking and camping and building memories with her family.
Club Connect is a series of breakfast meetings whose programming centers on an informative and interesting speaker. Featuring outstanding food and great company, Club Connect breakfasts are held every 2nd and 4th Friday (except in December) at 7:10 am at The Saskatoon Club. Club Connect breakfasts place a large emphasis on networking, so don’t be surprised to meet some new people over your morning coffee and remember your business cards!
