NSBA Members (and their guests):  
    $225 (plus GST) per person
    $900 (plus GST) Team of 4
    $85 (plus GST) per person - Banquet Ticket ONLY
Non-Members:      
    $325 (plus GST) per person
    $1300 (plus GST) Team of 4
    $100 (plus GST) per person - Banquet Ticket ONLY

    $500 - includes 1 free golf entry and signage

Hole Exclusive Sponsorship
    $750 - includes 1 free golf entry and dual signage (your own marketing/promotion at your designated hole is included)

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend, registrations can be transferred to another person. Cancellation requests for refunds/credits are accepted until NOON on Friday, May 24, 2019 by emailing andrea.nadon@nsbasask.com or calling 306.242.3060
