Hope’s Home is a national leader filling a gap that exists in child & infant healthcare, with on-site nurses providing medical care to children & support for families outside of a hospital setting. Children with complex medical needs are kids who have a chronic or progressive medical condition that may become unstable, resulting in a life-threatening situation. Hope’s Home provides the nursing care, support and monitoring that these kids require. Families have a safe and inclusive environment for their children to play and be kids regardless of any medical needs they may have. Hope's Home operates both Pediatric Supportive Living Homes and Early Learning and Child Care Centres in Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert and Warman.
